Sutter Health Nurse Pay and Benefits Remain Industry Leaders
A nurse who works full-time at a Sutter Health hospital that has a contract with the California Nurses Union earns:
- An average of $137,000 per year (based on 2012 W2s)
- A generous employer-paid pension
- Up to 40 paid days off per year
- And most have an option of a 100% employer-paid health benefits package, or low-cost benefits
A part-time nurse earns an average of $105,000 per year.
